I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT So... It's winter right now, I Live in NY and durning the winter all of my sports end expect for an occasional indoor soccer game. And i gain a lot of weight (not a LOT a LOT) but in the summer im really skinny and toned and durning the winter i just loose it. So , i got invited to a indoor pool party in 3 weeks. What can I do so my stomache and inner thighs are more toned, is this even enough time for anything to change? thanks.

go to the gym. that can help. definately use the treadmill, and other machines. also, a good way to excersise inside is to condition. try doing lots of sit ups, push ups, ect. also, run up and down stairs. even though ny is cold(i know it is, i live in ny too), it's been pretty nice out lately, try going fo r a walk. hope i helped :) ]
