So... It's winter right now, I Live in NY and durning the winter all of my sports end expect for an occasional indoor soccer game. And i gain a lot of weight (not a LOT a LOT) but in the summer im really skinny and toned and durning the winter i just loose it. So , i got invited to a indoor pool party in 3 weeks. What can I do so my stomache and inner thighs are more toned, is this even enough time for anything to change? thanks.
