HP PSC 1210 as scanner

Question Posted Tuesday February 27 2007, 9:17 pm

I saw your answer on Feb 9 to user who could print and copy but unable to scan-- I have same problem. I did follow your advice on Start, Control Panel, Scanners and Cameras, HP PSC 1200 series --- BUT the next screen after Scanners and Cameras goes blank and asks me for the model but doesn't allow me to enter the model. What now ?

Oh, boy. That's tough. I've been playing around with the options and machine itself, but I can't seem to run into the page you're coming up with. The only thing I can think of, is START, CONTROL PANEL, SCANNERS AND CAMERAS, ADD DEVICE. See if it lets you enter your model there. Beyond that, I don't have a clue. Let me know if that works, though.. If not, I'll keep searching for an answer.
