Question Posted Tuesday February 27 2007, 5:59 pm
I'm 13/f and really like this kid. He makes me laugh all the time, and has become a great friend since the beginning of the school year. I've liked him for about... 7 months now. Vacation just ended (we talked over vacation a couple times, and he teased me-in a playful way- and things like that), and since then, it seems as if he's been avoiding me. One of my friends thinks he has, and another thinks he might be too shy to talk to me because he likes me. It's not too great of a situation, though, because I'm also really shy when it comes to talking to guys I like, so I don't really have the guts to go talk to him. Yesterday, he only talked to me once, saying only like, 5 words. Today, he:
1. told me I dropped my chapstick, and
2:(I'm really sorry about the length), I saw him looking at me a few times, and I was pretty much staring at him in social studies, and when he saw me, I quickly looked away. The whole "him looking at me, me seeing him, then looking away" thing happened quite a few times. I think he might have been trying to catch my eye, and I don't know if I should go along with it. I really like him, I mean ALOT, and I don't want to screw anything up. Question: 1.Should I try to talk to him? 2:Should I go along with him trying to catch my eye? I'm sorry if my question dosen't make any sense, but to me, neither does this situation. Please help. Thanks :]

anonymous334 answered Tuesday February 27 2007, 7:04 pm: Youre question makes total sense. yes you should talk to him and yes go along with it.. chances are he likes you and probaly to shy to say anything. and if you think about it if he doesnt like you now talking to him will probally have him likeing you in the not so distant future. Hope I Helped....!!! [ anonymous334's advice column | Ask anonymous334 A Question ]
