yyeaa this question basically answers itself: hes got a girlfriend
if he liked you, he'll break up with you. and also, if he liked you, he would do it soon. simple as that. if he doesnt break up with her, it means he likes his girfriend better than you.
all you can do is wait!! they will most likely break up eventually! =]

well, if he likes you back, all he has to do is break up with his girlfriend..if hes telling you the truth.
about being "frigid"...i dont know how old you are..whatever the age, there is no age where youre expected to be sexually active in any way.
if you ever have that desire, make sure you're ready, dont plunge into anyhitng you may regret.
take it a step at a time.
remember, dont push him to break up with her. how he is feeling is confusing enough (maybe he feels a bit guilty THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT THOUGH!! well...unless you left out something :) )...she may be devistated with his decision. in these situations, you have to consider EVERYONES feelings.

welllllllllllll he's kinda dumb for having a girlfriend when he likes you lol.. just tell him that.. say "well if you like me, then why are you going out with her?" and if he says he likes her too, then he needs to get over that as well. he needs to figure out who he wants and what he wants with whoever he wants and whoever he doesn't want lol.. just nicely tell him that, and i'm sure he'll understand =) good luckk ♥
