breast
well i had a hole in my heart when i was born, but it got fixed and im alright now. but smetimes when my breast hurt i worry if it is the heart or the breast. Well my question what kind feelings do girls get while there breast develope? or breast can hurt when girls get period? its so confusing. is there like different kind of pain?

I assume that you get regular echocardiograms to make sure that your heart is okay? At least you get regular exams with a stethoscope to make sure you have no murmur, right?
Pain in the breast area that's above your ribcage usually feels like aching or tenderness and it's normal for developing breasts. Pain behind your breastbone or slightly on the left is something you should speak with a physician about. It could be related to your septal repair or it could be heartburn, something else, or nothing at all.

During puberty, it is not uncommon for breasts to feel sore, especially around the time of your period and a few days before it. But in your heart, I imagine, is an internal pain, not an external pain. Ask your doctor what to expect.
