okay so i want to know what is the best way to lose about 50 pounds in 3 months.

Is that possible?

Could you possibly list some excersices (spelling?) that could work.

I want to basically tone my abs, arms, and thighs.

and im willing to do like crash diets too.

just want to know if its possible and if so how?

I doubt you could lose THAT much weight in 3 months. You could probably lose about 30, but 50? Nah.

Crash diets don't work, and they're dangerous. Don't do them. Just, drink 8 glasses of water a day, 4 glasses of milk. Eat really healthy. Cut junkfood, sweets, & sodas out of your life. Anything high in sugar with a lot of calories are bad for you, so don't eat them. Eat tons of fruits & veggies, and meat. Exercise for 30 minutes a day everyday & lift weights. Go for a run, swim or jog. Or talk walks to build muscle.

Don't be discouraged though if you end up gaing weight instead of losing it. Muscle weighs more than fat.
