Working comment boxes are hard to come by, since the exact URL to comment someone got changed awhile back. Here's one that works. Change the values as needed, and be certain that you're not deleting quotes. You need them for the comment box to work:

<form method="post" action="[Link](Mouse over link to see full location) name="friendID" value="12515533" type="hidden"><textarea name="f_comments" style="width: 160; height: 30px;" cols="10" rows="7" style="border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; border-color: 000000; font-family: small fonts; text-transform:uppercase; letter-spacing:1pt;font-size: 7px; color: 000000; background-color: ffffff;" style="overflow:auto;"></textarea><br>
<input value="hello" style="border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; border-color: 000000; width:75px; font-family: small fonts; text-transform:uppercase; letter-spacing:1pt; font-size: 7px; color: 000000; background-color: ffffff;" type="submit"> <input value="goodbye" style="border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; border-color: 000000; width:75px; font-family: small fonts; text-transform:uppercase; letter-spacing:1pt;font-size: 7px; color: 000000; background-color: ffffff;" type="reset"></form>

You can change virtually everything about this code. Input value "hello" is for the submit button; "goodbye" for reset. YOu can change the size/width of all elements. Font-family can be changed to any font you like, as can color codes/names/font sizes/etc. You get the idea.
