metabolism & knot?? alright, i get sick wayy to much; every other week with a sinus infection or virus or flu SOMETHING the only time i will feel good is in the summer...but i still have allergies. i was just wondering if anyone knew what i could do to boot up my metabolism i get between 7-9 hours of sleep...but i should start getting more since after school stuff is over. i don't drink a lot of water because i just think it tastes so plain so i have to have flavor with it. idk does milk help any? grape juice? a certain vitamin? anything i'm sick of getting sick!! pleaseee answer i need to get better my tuesday.

I think that milk is definitely your best bet. Calcium boosts your metabolism. And if you don't like the taste of just plain water, add crystal lights they come in great flavors.

go to a pharmacy store or a super market and look for something called Airborne. if comes in a box but its a tube of caplets that dissolve in water. drink it atleast once a day or a maximum of three times a day. airborne will help you get better faster or if you aren't sick you can still take it and you'll have a smaller chance of getting sick. hope i helped. p.s. airborne looks nasty but kinda tastes like lemonade ]
