3gp. video converter, getting clips on your phone??

so i converted some short clips to 3gp. and i transfered them to my phone via san disk. and when i look it up in my phone flix i see it there but when i press ok to play it says video clips is not available. I have an LG VX9800 (the V) thanks to anyone that can help.

That phone might not be able to play video like that. I looked at it's specifications, and while it can *store* video, it doesn't say it can *play* video, outside of vcast. You should contact LG's tech support or read the manual.
