How do i touch up a photo without photoshoppe???

as in my face...like covering up blemishes &acne

i have used Paint before. It is the program that comes on every computer with windows. You first take the little eyedropper thing and find a clear spot on your face and click on it. It takes the color that you have clicked on and makes it the default color. Then you use the pencil or the paintbrush and color over the spot. It takes a little bit of practice to get it to look perfect but it is the best way without getting into expensive software.
