im 13/f with blue eyes and light skin. I sometimes put on dark brown eyeshadow and eyeliner, but that just overwhelms my eyes. I really want a way to put on eyemakeup that will look good and make me look older, without it looking like i overloaded my eyes with dark shadow. Anyone?

-out a little concler around my eyes (NOT THE LIQUID KIND)
-put neutrogenas's mineral sheers around my eyes it looks good on any skin tone (heres a link to it in case you have something like it:) [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
-i then put my black eyeliner on (i usesoft kohls kejal eye pencil (rimmel london)
-i then put a little bit more of the mineral sheer on
-and sometimes i put a little black mascara on
shopingfreak101 answered Sunday February 25 2007, 3:43 pm: try using neutral tones. they make you look mature and natural. for your eye color, use medium brown liner and for the eyes, use champiagn pink or tan. this will bring out the color and open up your eyes. if you need anymore help im here!
