Question Posted Saturday February 24 2007, 9:30 am

My best guy friend lead me on for about 2 months, and I fell for him. Now he's completely ditched me, and it hurts. I've been dealing for about a month and a half with the grieving process. Usually I'm fine, but some nights everything comes to me and I'll just breakdown. How long do you think this will keep going on? I'm dying here.

Do things that take your mind off of him. It'll help.

It shouldn't last that long. That happened to me when my ex boyfriend of eight months broke up with me. I just tried to do things that kept my mind off of him and that helped me through. Good Luck!

Hey. Well remember it's not your fault you feel this way. He led you on right? I bet he does this to a lot of girls and you might not even realize it. Just remember that everyone goes through things like this at some time in their life and time heals all wounds. A month and a half isn't very long yet so just give it time and try to distract yourself. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to or to let it all out and just cry. Eventually you'll feel better and less hurt. Just try to keep yourself busy with friends or other guys. I really hope this helped and good luck! =)
