weight loose- 6 meals i asked a question about wieght loosing and i got an answer about eating 6 meals a day (PS thanks for answering anyone who did, I APPERICATE IT). can someone give me an example of 6 healthy meals i can eat a day.
perferabally something that i won't have to go out and by like "slim fast".

1st meal - some cereal or fresh fruit
2nd meal - a breakfast bar or fruit and veggies with dip
3rd meal - a sandwich with wheat bread and fresh vegetable like lettuce, with lunch meat or sliced meat, like leftover chicken, turkey, etc.
4th meal - nuts or yogurt [yogurt with fruit and nuts mixed together makes a yummy parfait]
5th meal - fish [like salmon or swordfish]with rice and broccoli is very good, lean meats, wheat pasta
6th meal - 100 calorie packs are very good.
These meals can be mixed around for variety, but the general idea is to get all your vitamins. :] ]
For Breakfast: Oatmeal, an apple, and a bagel. Only around 350 calories. Or try those energy bars.
For Lunch: Half a sandwich of whole-wheat bread with peanut butter is 349 calories. Or you could go with soup or a salad.
For Dinner: Avoid pasta, it fills you up for about an hour, but then you're hungry again. Avoid diet food. Try some steak & veggies instead of fries when you go out to eat etc.
For snacks: Energy bars, a couple slices of bacon, ritz crackers with peanut butter etc.

eat this and trust me i have a health condition and this is what i have to eat to stay healthy and lose weight along with excercise.
do not eat red meat more than once a week and exercise for at least an hour a day altogether ]
