well i personaaly think that number 7 is a good brand because it last long and it makes look fresh. Also for like mascara rimmel is good even though it is expensive it works trust me!

It all depends on what product (eye, lip, face, eye) you are looking for. I have found that Cover Girl has amazing eyeliners, but I strongly dislike their line of foundation/powder. So here's what I suggest from personal use:
- Loreal for liquid foundation
- Neutrogena for powder foundation
- Maybelline for eyeshadows & mascara
- Cover Girl for eyeliner
I can't suggest any lip gloss/lip balm products considering I don't wear them, but I'm sure MAC is a good choice, as well as Bonnebell.
