A girl your height would be at a healthy weight if they were anywhere between 110 and 140 lbs. but so you know, on the bmi chart, overweight is not the worst... bmis go up to 54, so you really could be doing a lot worse. youre probably just a llittle chubby.
as for losing some weight, excersise. i know it sounds obvious, and its also not something that anyone realllly wants to do. do you have a treadmill? your parents might get one if you would really use it. just half an hour, an hour on it a day would make a difference. mines in front of the tv, so its not bad at all running. and also, cut some snacking out of your diet. i did it, and i thought it would be really hard. but honestly, it wasnt. i dont have dessert anymore, but i dont even miss it. i felt guilty everytime i overindulged on it, and now i feel good that im not eating it. also, think of some healthy things that you really like, and stock up. i love chewy bars and red apples, and i asked my parents to get more of those. now, everytime im hungry, i eat one of those. not like i dont ever have candy or anything, i do. but i just really think about whether or not i want it before i eat it.
