i like this guy at school but he's a year younger than me and i don't want pple saying i'm desperate so i decided not to like him anymore but i still do

Honestly, if you really like this guy and want to be with him -- don't worry about what all of the others think. You're the one who's dating him, and who knows that he's a good person. Just because he's younger than you, especially, only by one year, does not make you desperate.

You should not worry about what other people think about you and your love life. If you love him and he loves you, that's all that matters!!! :)

Don't base your love-life off of what other people say. That's ridiculous. You go ahead and like whoever you want. There's nothing wrong with dating someone younger than you. Go ahead and make your move. Forget what other people say. You could be missing out on something great.

If you like this guy, then just date him. If other people think that you are desperate, then tell thim to go shove it. You can't help who you like. And well, age is just a number.

No one said you couldn't like him. Now, it's up to you if you want to "blend in" with the crowd, and not talk to him or whatever, but if you still like him, talk to him. There's nothing wrong with that. Amd ypu're not desperate. I went out with a guy once that was a year younger than me, but it didn't work out so well because he was immature. But dating, or even talking to, younger guys is such a stereotype.
