I have it, and I have had it for a couple of months now. I have the device where you can plug it into your computer, and sync music from your library onto your phone. But the thing is, no matter how many times I try it, it won't work. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? And I don't have any other options because it's too much to pay for individual songs from Verizon.
Thanks in advance.

Oh and when removing the phone from your pc allways click on the "safely remove hardware" button on the bottom right hand side of the coomputer screen next to the time. and are you cheking for the music in the right folder? slide it up, touch ok, touch right to multimedia, and then ok, then go down to MP3 or option 4, and there will be your playlist. hope i helped, good luck.
