Tattoos on hip

Question Posted Tuesday February 20 2007, 12:31 am

Hello. I was wondering if anyone has gotten a tattoo on their hip before, and if so what kind of design. I'm not getting a tattoo anytime soon, but I'd like to get one in the future whenever I save up money. If someone can give me any really good sites that have nice hip tattoos, please let me know. Thank you very much. I don't need anyone telling me anything else. I already have 2 tattoos. I appreciate anything I can get :)

hey, alright well i`ve always loved hip tattoos! another spot that i love for tattoos is the ankle. i don`t think that these places have sites that actually show tattoos, but the purple scorpion and shining star are good places to get it done. iv`e actually got a lot of piercings at shining star. iv`e known people to get there tattoos done at the purple scorpion as well as piercings, but i myself have never experienced there work. here are some tattoos that i think would look good on the hip.

for the zodiac signs, you would pick your sign. also when i put the letter c, you would put your inital. you could even put cjf or cf, meaning first middle last or first last. another option is spelling out your actual name, no matter if you use first middle last or some kind of wacky combination. i also thought of a star or a flower, but i couldnt get a good picture.

Hi.

My fiances sister has one on her hip. Its of a butterfly on a flower. Its real pretty.

I use www.bmezine.com a lot. I think its an amazing tattoo and piercing website. Theres a ton of pictures you can look at, and they are put into catagories, so its easy to find what you want.

Good Luck.

Joetattoo.com is a really nice site, it has tons of designs for tattoos and provides pretty good inspiration.
My cousin has a really pretty gun on her left side and my friend got one on her hip and it's a celtic symbol for water but she's afraid now because when women get pregnant, the tattoos stretch out. She wishes she got it on her lower back instead. That's where I'll probably get mine :)
