Yesterday I went snowboarding for the first time, and I had an instructor give me a lesson. (I have skiied before, only 2 times but I picked up on it well and was on the intermediate slopes with ease.) I really don't think the lesson helped... I didn't understand what the instructor tried to teach me so I just went down the bunny slopes a lot in hopes of figuring out what he tried to teach. It's so hard! Now I look back at skiing and it seems like nothing. But I want to get better at this. I've been called a natural athlete, and I think I actually did get the hang of snowboarding by the end of the day, but I kept falling in fear of hitting people. The season for me will end on March 31, and I should be able to go almost every weekend until then. Do you think I will be able to get decent at snowboarding by then? I really like it but I just wish I was better, it's a lot of fun when I'm not falling. And if you have any tips I would appreciate it!
