Why Do I Keep Goign Bakk?
so ive let myself down so many times about my ex. he keeps coming bakk to me when he gets sikk of his other little sluts hes got on the side-and i fall for it everytime. he just has all the right things to say and does all the right things to make me forgive him. i dont know what to do- i dont know how to just STOP or SAY NO- i can ever say no to him. How do i just say no and break it off for good?? some one please help cuz this sukks!

tell him that your tired of him running back to you just because he gets tired of someone else and that your tired of him breaking your heart in the end. you don't deserve this. tell him to go find someone else. hes just suckimg up to you.

How do you say no? Next time he comes floating around, keep in mind that you deserve not to be treated like a rug for anyone to wipe their feet on, including him. Remember that you have learned from previous experiences with him that talk is indeed cheap.

Its hard to say no to someone you like, its hard to say No to anyone.
Personally i cant say no to someone I hate,im always the type to say yes.
but You can start off by working your way up.
What i mean by that is ,forgive him a little bit but not totally.
Basically like get a little sterner with him, but not over powering.
Your still gonna like him for a while, I know that so im not gonna tell you to get over him because thats very hard.
Let yourself like him until you get over him naturally, it will eventually come.
But if you wanna get a little revenge, play a little game on him.
do the stuff he does to you.
