How do I open this document?

Question Posted Monday February 19 2007, 10:37 am

We got a new computer awhile back and I took all the documents I needed from my old computer, put them on a CD, and uploaded them on the new computer. But I didn't realize that my new computer had a "wordperfect" program and not "microsoft works." I really really really need to open this paper I wrote on my other computer, but my new computer doesn't recognize the file and I can't get it to open in notepad. WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

When You Open in WordPerfect, In the browse window, there should be a drop bar with a title relating to the types of files to search for. Make sure it says All Files.

Sorry if it doesn't work. I had that problem, but in reverse. I have Word and needed to open WordPerfect, it worked for me.
