Depends on the guy. Most guys usually go for personality, but some guys go for looks more than personality. Personally, in a guy, I like personality & looks are a plus. I'd say it's the same for some guys. But usually, guys are shallow & dumb, so they pick the pretty girls with no personality over the nice girls who are equally just as cute.

It all depends on the guy.
Personally- I go for personality over looks.
If a girl is outgoing, nice, caring, smart, funny, and amazing (haha.. vague word, I know)...
If a girl is boring, mean, bitchy, etc., I probably won't be talking to her and flirting with her.
If you want to impress a guy, honestly just be yourself.. no matter how cliche that sounds...

If you dont care what others think that attracts guys a great deal. Of course any guy will fall for a girl who looks good but that doesnt make for a lasting relationship(if thats what your looking for)Guys love girls who can just chill, like one of their guy friends, someone they can relate to. As for looks it all depends on the guy, look at girls that certain guy has dated prior to you.
