Chances are, you have erectile disfunction. If that's so, then there are pills you can take if you simply go to your doctor and ask for them.
Just to make sure though, maybe think about what you're ding with your wife other than actually having sex. Foreplay can be just as important as the actual act, and works to arouse both partners before hand (thus, making it easier to stay hard.)
