i don't have consistant standing tucks. i usually land on my feet but my legs are like im squating (hurts alot on my knees) or with my chest down and have to put my hands down when i land. how i can prevent this?

I think you have to strengthen up your leg muscles so when you land, if you begin to squat, you can prevent yourself from squating. its all in your legs! and if you want to stop using your hands i suggest using a mat, and when you land dont put your hands down.. and that way on the mat you dont have to worry about hurting yourself if you fall.
