I hang out with guys a lot, personally I think they're a lot cooler than a lot of girls I know. I have kind of a dual life: my life in band with the guys (the girls in band can be kind of strange) and my life with my old friends, who are girls and we've known each other since we were like 7. When I'm with the guys, I feel like a tomboy, cause we don't flirt or anything, we just joke around and have fun. When I'm with the girls, I feel, well, girly. It's weird. It's a little bit awkward because the two groups are like, complete opposites, and they don't really know each other. Is this "dual life" okay for me? You know how most people find their niche. Well, I have two niches which are totally different!! Is this going to affect me... am I going to drift from my girls? because it seems like I have been ever since I met the guys.

Eventually you are going to drift more towards the group you feel more comfortable in. I'm not saying you don't fit in with your girls, and you may not even notice a difference between the groups, but subconsciously you will try to spend more time with the people you are more similar to. It's sad but it's true.
