like okay im having a partyy because im turning 13 but i dont want to have a big party i want just a couple of friends over to do something with them i dont want to take them to the mall and i want to do something that isntgunna be borning nor expensive i was thinking of having it at my place what are some ideas?

Well they should be happy to spend time with you on your birthday, so I guess you guys could rent movies play games, make cakes or something.
It would just be like a girls night.
Maybe try making your own facials or painting eachothers nails.
All girly stuff lol
