Well I basically hate my dad. :-/
He's always doing thing to just piss me off, and yes I can tell the difference between something that will benefit me and something that's spiteful. Just tips to either A: Help me deal with it. B: Anything else you want to add.

Basically, the best thing you can do in this situation is to confront him about it. Tell him you feel he does this just to piss you off, and you want to know why.
I can't help you any further. I don't know what he does that upsets you, since you didn't elaborate.
