Maybe give some free advice about: General Sex Questions?

I understand, well first I would look up your symptoms online and see if it could be anything serious. If it's nothing really bad, wait for a few days and see if it goes away. If your boyfriend was also a virgin it SHOULDN'T be an STD but it's still possible. If it doesn't go away after about a week I would go to the doctor. And you can just tell your mom you feel itchy down there but you're not sure why, and you can tell your doctor you had sex. Legally your doctor cannot tell your mom if he does not have your permission, I believe, because your files close when you are 12 years old I think.

EDIT: No problem! Glad I helped and hope it all works out for you.
