i need ideas and tips on how to lose weight.
im like 4'11.
i weigh 120 and im 13.
i really wanna lose like 10-20 pounds by summer.
pls help.

You should just eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Also, work out to get some muscle. Usually, if you get muscle, you tend to weigh more for some time because muscle weighs more. Go to these links. The first one's for working out and the second is for eating right. Seventeen is my favorite for work outs so try them out. Hope I helped!
