how do you dry up a rose so it lasts and doesnt need water? my mom said to put it in a paper bag and let all the air out, but i did it and the rose dyed anyway.
Mackenzie answered Thursday February 15 2007, 5:36 pm: Once you notice your roses really begin to die, you can hang them upside down. You'll more thank likely run into difficulty trying to hang an entire bouqet, but one or two roses should be just fine. You could just stick it with a thumb tack into a cork board. They'll eventually fade to a creamy yellow and wilt slightly, but the petals can stay intact for several years before breaking lose. :) [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
