I was the one who asked the ? about being motivated. I have a few other question about eating "healthy" and some tips.
When I go out to eat with my friends, it's easy for me to give in on the food that they're eating. How do I stop my temptation?
I notice that I eat when I'm bored. What distractions could I do to stop this?
I personally hate exercising but I push myself to do it. I have a tredmill and I usually walk on there for about 45 minutes. Is that good?
& last question. Daily, when I feel good about what I eat and I feel like I didn't eat anything fattening, I would have a piece of cake of few cookies. I feel that I would gain tons of weight from that and it ruins my day. Does a few snacks really matter?
Sorry that it's long but I think that you can actually help me with this.

As far as resisting temptation- it all comes down to what I said before; your personality, commitment and desire to achieve your goals.
If you eat when you're bored- keep healthier snacks around, be more active and make it so that you actually have to go out and make the effort to go and buy junk food in order to eat it.
45 mins of walking is good, 15-20 minutes of a walk/run mix is better.
Snacking continuously makes a difference- snacking just one or two nights a week (even better- two weeks) really doesn't make a difference considering all variables are under control; you are exercising, eating good, sleeping good and having a positive mental attitude.
Before you can get all your ducks in a row with fitness- you need to get your own head and personality adjusted to the fact that you are committing yourself to a lifestyle that is a 24 hour a day thing and not a fad. Don't worry about weight loss as much as making yourself a happier and healthier person as a whole. Health first, appearance last.
Don't be shy to ask me anything else. ]
