Get Itunes, and get all of your music into the library. Make a playlist called "my ipod selection" or whatever you wanna call it. Plug ur Ipod into the dock and select that playlist to be your Ipod playlist. Just add songs to the playlist and plug the ipod in, and it will automatically put whatever is on that playlist onto your ipod. if you get sick of a song, just delete it from that playlist and plug your ipod in, once it is done updating it will be off your ipod.

:] i just got a new nano. well, for xmas. i've pretty much mastered it.

Have you downloaded itunes yet? That's probably the VERY first thing you should do. then in itunes there's the icon at the top that says 'help' i searched 'deleting songs.'

To remove songs from your iPod:
Connect your iPod to your computer.
When the iPod icon appears in iTunes, select it.
If the disclosure triangle to the left of your iPod is closed, click it so that you can see the iPod contents.
Select the item you want to delete and press the Delete key.
