what is the right position while getting fingered? and what are you suppose to do? pants on, or off? does the guy wash their hand after words? how long is it suppose to last?

Whatever position you're comfortable with would be the best. Pants off would be a lot easier than keeping them on. Fingering has no time period, it can last 10 mins, 30 mins or an hour.
