Injured and need to lose weight. I'm Tasha and I am using my friends advicenators site (with her permission!) to ask a question.
I recently got injured badly during gymnastics and my leg broke in several places- to make a long story short I will be in a cast for another 8 weeks about, then in a soft cast. I am a little fat and I use to work out but now I cannot and I really need to loose weight before summer and I was so close! Now I feel it will be impossible. Does anyone know any diets which I can do that will make me lose weight without without exersize because I can't. I don't care how hard it is or how it may be unhealthy to do it because at this point I just need it.

I will say this much, ESPECIALLY with your leg broken so badly, you need to eat a healthy diet! You don't want to get into an unhealthy diet- your body needs all of the nutrients it can get in order to heal itself.
EDIT: Well, that is a shitty reason to rate me a 5, now isn't it?
It's sad though. You should care if you want your leg to heal properly in a decent amount of time. I guess losing weight must be more important than being able to walk? Hmmm... ]
