drug test

Question Posted Saturday February 10 2007, 9:18 pm

I saw one of your answers to the school that was drug testing a whole grade, and you said it happened at your school. Im just curious, how is this legal? I highly doubt they can do this without parent or legal consent. In california, where I live, I know for a fact this is illegal. What circumstances causes the school to go crazy with drug testing?
