heart palpations

if i have minor heart palpations is it bad to occasionally drink alochol??

I assume you see a doctor about this? You should really ask them if it is safe or not. Remember- Your doctor can't judge you or tell anyone what you talk about. They have to be confidential, so don't be afraid to ask about such things.

You don't have to necessarily set an appointment. You can call in and leave a message for the nurse to find out from the doctor for you.

i have heart palpitations myself. ive never dranken alcohol, but i'd suggest not to drink it. i mean, maybe a cup once and awhile isn't bad, but not more than that. for me, caffine really makes it palpitate so obviously stay away from drinks like those.
