Wow, you ve really been through shit huh? Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia Syndrome, that sounds pretty heavy lol...
So are you doing better now?

Hmm, this technically isn't advice. So, I'll use it to . . . educate.
Currently I'm doing okay. My Chronic Fatigue is fairly under control, and the Fibromyalgia is a lot better than it has been, too. I'm walking almost every day, which is a huge help. Last year at this time I was too sick to even try to get out of the house, yet this year I'm walking almost 3km per day, so I'm just grateful for that. I sometimes take days off because I can feel my body breaking down, but I've learned to listen to it. That's been the biggest challenge (and it often still is)--learning to listen and respect my limits.
I do know, however, that I could flare up at any time. That's the fun part of the illness--it's unpredictable. No matter how hard you try, you can't predict what will happen, nor can you fully manage it.
I'm hoping I'm in remission for good. The typical recovery time for youth is about five years. If I am in recovery, I'd be thrilled. But if I'm not, I think I'm at the point where I can tolerate it. Hopefully, I'd even be able to handle it if it gets worse again.
Thanks for the concern! ]
