FOOD How much food should I be eating? I am 4'11 and 130 pounds.
PLEASE:
WHAT SHOULD MY DIET CONSIST OF.

Vegetables are a huge part of everything. They're very healthy for you. The only ones I like are peas and corn. Try to eat those. I don't like any of the other ones. Exercise for 30 minutes a day 30 times a week. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, and drink 4 glasses of milk. Don't eat after 8 pm, and don't eat before bed. Run a lot, lift 5-10lbs worth of weights. Eat 6 small meals or eat 3 medium sized ones. Eat fruits, meat & breads. Pastas are good too. Stay away from soda, & junkfood. Anything high in sugar is a no no. If you eat take out [mcdonald's, burger king, etc] do it once every 2-3 weeks. Same for sweets. If you do eat them don't go overboard. Just do what I recommended & you should be fine. =) ]
