food How much food should I eat in a day? I am 4'11 and 130 pounds.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MY DIET SHOULD CONSIST OF!

Well here's what I would do:
Eat 3 meals a day. Or 6 small meals a day. Drink 8 glasses of water, and 4 glasses of milk. Eat healthy things like meat & pastas & breads. And vegetables & fruits. Don't eat ANY junkfood. Stay away from sodas & juices high in sugar. Exercise for 30 minutes a day 3 times a week. Don't eat before bed. Or after 8pm. Don't eat a lot of food. If you eat a ton of food, you're gonna gain a ton of weight. If you eat takeout [mcdonald's, burger king] eat it like once every 2-3 weeks. Sweets are okay every 2-3 weeks as well. Just don't go overboard. If you do that, you should be fine. =) ]
