So I saved this video I made on windows movie maker. and it saves as a *.MSWMM file.. which wont let you load on to myspace or photobucket or anything. how do i get it to change to a file type that i can upload on the interner? like WAV or whatever?

Go to file>save movie file, not file>save. It will, by default, save as WMV(WAV is audio).
