how can i get more fliexible?

13 |f gymnast.
and im not all that flexible i can do backbends + such but i mean split wise. i know yoga will help but im looking more for something that will keep me me on the ocupied side. no pilates , yoga stuff please. i just want me spilts finally cuz im soo closee. and i stretch daily while im online but nothing is getting me any where ! please help !

Well, I know of one way that helped me wonders when I was learning to do the splits. When you are just hanging out at your house, sit with your legs open as far as they will go. You can do this as you are watching T.V, Doing homework, ect. But just stretch as far as you can, and do this for about 30 min. each day. This will help you gradually strech out those muscles in your legs and make it easier to do the splits.
