CERvical cancer

hey i was the one who asked about cervical cancer, but do i have to tell my doctor that ive had sex before? im a little young(16) and what if he DOES tell my parents? can i just say ive expierenced the symptoms? thanks

You can just tell him your symptoms (though I am sure you're fine).

If you do decide to tell the doctor you have had sex, they will not judge you and they won't say anything to your mom. Whatever you say is strictly between you and your doctor.

If it helps, I have worked in a doctors office and know they won't say anything. If it makes you feel better though, ask the nurse if what you say to her or the doctor is confidential. She will assure you it is. :)
