my crushes birthday is coming up soon and well see i'm friends with im but only for about about. i don't talk to him that much and err yeah my situation sucks. i only talk to him on the phone once inawhile..but i think i have crus on him. but what should i do for his birthday? should i call him and just wish him a happy birthday or do i give him a present or what?
Edit- Well, ask him! If you don't want to do that, you probably can't go wrong with chocolate chip or peanut butter (make sure he's not allergic to anything though!).
You can also bake him brownies, cupcakes, etc. You know what they say, the way to a mans heart is through his stomach!
And about the playfulness, just say something playful back, like pinch his cheek in a joking manner and say "why would I poison you when you're so darn cute?" or if you don't wanna do flirty, say, "Good Idea! I wish I would have thought of that before I made these!" Anything like that =) [ Shortcake22's advice column | Ask Shortcake22 A Question ]

Oh and like leah87 said about the hanging out thing that would be good too. Or if you don't want to do that a sweet phone call saying happy birthday will be awesome. leah87 answered Monday February 5 2007, 6:40 pm: i personally think that if you have intrest in him you should pursue it.
call him up and say "i know your b-day is coming up soon and id like to hang out with you"
you dont necessarily have to buy him a present. a card would be nice but im sure that he'd appreciate your company
it may be a start to a relationship [ leah87's advice column | Ask leah87 A Question ]
