I've used morpheus for over a year now. It's great, and it's been safe so far for me =) Just make sure you have a protection software on your computer just in case!

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but I figure I'd tell you. Music downloaded from file sharing programs tends to be pretty safe as long as you have anti-virus and anti-spyware software. However, I don't recommend downloading software or zip files from file sharing programs. Those can contain viruses, spyware, etc.
