Mad Cow Disease

How do you know if you hve mad cow disease? How long does it take to come down with it?

You get mad cow disease by eating meat that has it in it. Mad cow comes from cows eating other cows. Basically the cows becoming cannibal. But yeah, you get it immediatly even though the symptoms doesn't show for a while.
