Yeah. I have alot. I can do up to 15 standing backhand-springs. I can up to 8 handsprings after a roundoff. I can do a front and back walkover, and an ariel, but when it comes to fulls I am lost. Do you have your full? How do you do it? How long did it take you to do it? I am so curious about all these things. Please reply. =]

ITS SCARY ive gone to the emergency room and have had alot from fractures. but each time i make it better becuase they always give me something i can improve on. Its a muscle memmory. i have no doubt.. because you can do it... ask your coach to start you on basic teqniques and try to get on a trampaline! [ nerissa's advice column | Ask nerissa A Question ]
