Eating healthy will help you to feel great and energized all day long. Some good things to eat are: Granola bars, Oatmeal, Raw Veggies & dip, Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches, any lean meats like chicken or turkey, yogurt, pretzels, fruit such as bananas or apples, or Quakers Rice snacks are what I usually eat. Try not to eat alot of sugary or salty snacks like candy or chips. Those can really slow you down and make you feel tired, and sick.
Instead of just eating 2 meals, try eating 3 light meals and some snacks in between. What i do, is I have a light breakfast, like a yogurt or granola bar. (Eating breakfast is VERY important if you want to feel good.) In between lunch and dinner, I usually have 2 snacks. Eating snacks in between meals can help to give you more energy, tide you over until the next meal, control your appetite, and it helps your metabolism! Good snacks, like I mentioned, are yogurt, bananas, pretzels, stuff like that.
Exercise also might help you. If you feel sick and tired all the time, exercise can help give you more energy. Try to get 30 to 60 minutes of exercise a day. it also helps you sleep better which is important because you need 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.

I suggest you go see your doctor and have him/her help you come up with a diet plan so that you can loose weight without harming yourself. I wish you the best of luck. Let me know how things turn out. :)

If you have a borderline eating disorder, it IS a big deal. I understand that you don't want people fussing over you and telling you how to live your life, but it is important you do what's best for you. In other words, I'm glad you are planning on seeing your doctor. Congrats :) [ koolkid54's advice column | Ask koolkid54 A Question ]
