How do i make a w4w code for my site.?

Hey,

My friend and i just make a contest site on myspace [www.myspace.com/hello_darling_hello] and we want to know how to make a w4w thing that we can put on our site... do you know how...

I'm not totally sure on how to make them personally since I never have, but I googled up the words "myspace codes+whore for whore" and some links came up so try them out & see if they work:
