Things i need to eat for great hair

ok well i heard keratin helps hair? if so please name a few foods that have keratin in them and could you name a few foods that are also healthy for hair the promotes shiny, full and healthy hair? thanks!!! :))))))))

Ys, that helps your hair. Other good things to eat for your hair are: eggs, nuts, particularly almonds, and certain fruits such as strawberries & raspberries. I also hear that avocado is good for your hair. But the best is nuts particularly almonds. All the hair experts will tell you it. :]
