16 five foot seven female.. people always tell me im skinny and like im slender built i guess but im really lazy like i dont do anything so id like to start working out some to tone up especially my stomach so itll look better by summer and my legs because i hate them! but im only a 32A and i dont want working out to affect my boob size or lack thereof lol and make them shrink from losing fat. any ideas?

I have the same problem so i drink ensure It taists like chocolate milk And it helps yu maintain or gain weight but not massivly I also Do crunches to help it stay off my stomach and make me go straight to be boobs and my butt lol. It works for me? Also some butt work outs would help tone it And make yur legs look less skinny and more toned

omg im exactly like you! everyone at my school calls me 'anorexic' lol. I was thinking of working out too! You can join a gym, ride a bike, run. All will build muscle but not shrink your boob size. Or try lifting weights or pilates. That will help!
