16 five foot seven female.. people always tell me im skinny and like im slender built i guess but im really lazy like i dont do anything so id like to start working out some to tone up especially my stomach so itll look better by summer and my legs because i hate them! but im only a 32A and i dont want working out to affect my boob size or lack thereof lol and make them shrink from losing fat. any ideas?
Boochie answered Wednesday January 31 2007, 8:37 pm: omg im exactly like you! everyone at my school calls me 'anorexic' lol. I was thinking of working out too! You can join a gym, ride a bike, run. All will build muscle but not shrink your boob size. Or try lifting weights or pilates. That will help!
